Options Information
In order to make the best possible decision regarding your unexpected pregnancy, you should be informed about every option and the resources that are available to you. It is our goal to empower women with all the knowledge they need to make decisions they are confident in.
What is an Options Consultation?
An options consultation is a non-judgmental one-on-one session with a member of our team, during which you will be able to learn about each of your options. You will not be told, pressured, or shamed on what to do, but rather you will receive medically-accurate and factual information to empower you to make your own decision. If you have any questions about abortion procedures, adoption processes or how parenting would work for you, you’ll be able to get answers during an options consultation.
Why do Options Consultations matter?
There are many thoughts, feelings, and opinions surrounding unexpected pregnancy. An options consultation gives you a safe, non-judgmental place to process everything you think and feel so that you can make your choice. This isn’t something anyone else can or should decide for you, and we want to ensure you know that and are informed about each option so you can make the best choice for you without the push and pull of external opinions or expectations.

Adoption
We’re here to support you as you explore all your pregnancy options, including the possibilities that adoption offers. Our services include providing no-cost information about the adoption process for birth mothers and we can provide you with a list of agencies for you to research so that you can find one that aligns with your specific needs.
Parenting
There are many resources available to you if you are considering parenting your child. We would be happy to inform you of those, as well as connect you to the ones you need the most. Northfield Women’s Center offers many support services to help you through your parenting journey like our Creating YOU Academy education program, CPR Training for Infants, and so much more.
